My name is tom and im 17 i really want to get my tounge webing pirced but i dont want to wait till im 18 to go into a shop and get it done so im looking for a pircer in the chicago area that has done this pirceing before and can work outside of the shop or in the shop and just dosnt car that im 17 help me out please
