So I'm new and so I suppose have to at least tell everyone a little something.

I'm a 25 year old male from South Africa (I really hope there are other South Africans here; I'll get to that in a minute). I'm a software developer and I'm interested in one or two particular procedures - nothing enormous, but I was hoping that people might give me feedback from experience :)

Ok good, so if there are any South Africans here I would really appreciate it if you guys could let me know, 'cuz I would like to find out where I might find proper body mod "parlors" (is that what they are called? :P) in South Africa, particularly the Pretoria region. Alternatively anyone will do; I'll call them up and hear if they have any advice.

Now on to the mods. I figured this forum would do 'cuz it is a body mod (I think) and I have seen some oral type modifications ;)

So I have done some research and found the following two procedures:
- Labial Frenectomy
- Lingual Frenectomy

Those are two procedures recommended by people (according to my research) that will help in achieving a longer tongue and make certain "therapies" and practices to even further lengthen the tongue easier.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Any advice? Warnings? Anyone know of decent people in South Africa who will be able to perform such a procedure?
