To date, I have (in both ears):
4, 10 guage stainless steel rings with captive beads
2, 10 guage stainless steel curved barbell
2, 0 guage green acrylic HORNS! WOO!
I'll be changing them to stainless steel tunnels in about a week or so.
And the latest addition: 2 10 gauge sterling silver studs
