Lips, and labrets, and tongues! Oh, My!

Lips, and labrets, and tongues! Oh, My!

(OldeTownAndy)
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy oral as much as the next guy, but when it comes to oral piercings I've had nothing but problems. Gum erosion, enamal wear, and tooth chipping just to name a few. Oral piercings are the most problematic in my opinion. Not to say I don't like to do them. Whats not to like, bad breath, chapped lips, cold sores, rotting teeth. Wooo Hooo!

These are some of the piercings I have done so far. The industrial I did never having seen one done before and she didn't die and her ear is still attatched to her head so all went well. Of course I had the amazing Doc Loco directing me so everything went very well.

Out of this World Orbitals

Orbital piercings can be placed in a variety of locations; eyebrow, nostril, navel, and labia just to name a few but they are traditionally located in the cartilage of the ear. This particular piercing is a great alternative to an industrial, providing a more artistic appearance than a straight barbell.
Face & Neck Surface Work

Face & Neck Surface Work

(OldeTownAndy)
Surface piercings located on the face and neck are easily some of the most eye catching. The skin in these areas is a little more delicate so they require extra care while healing. If you plan on getting any of these done look for a piercer with plenty experience as they can easily reject if done poorly and a big rejection scar on your face is not that attractive.

This is easily my most pierced client. He is also one of my oldest clients. He has been getting pierced since 1997 and has racked up an impressive collection. A must see.
Something Old, Something New!

Something Old, Something New!

I needed to see something different connecting top and bottom navel piercings. These were made for an old roomies new girlfriend. The piercings were done by an unknown piercer.

Wrists & Hands

Wrists & Hands

(OldeTownAndy)
I'll be the first to tell you that Hand and wrist piercings are a bad idea for most people. They will severely limit your ability to function like a normal human being. Simple things that most of us take for granted become time consuming tasks. For example, reaching into your pocket could cause a snag which will at the very least hurt and slow healing or a more extreme side effect would be a complete tear out.
Always consider location and functionality before diving into a new piercing.
